HGCL is designated as Appellate Authority under section 5(1) to provide information in respect of Outer Ring Road, Hyderbad Growth Corridor Limited(HGCL), Information Technology(IT) under section 5(2) to receive applications for information or appeals under the Act to forward the same forthwith either to PIO or to Appellate Authority as the case may be. He has to consolidate monthly reports received and send the same to Government through Public Information Officer (PIO).
